RUBBERISED BITUMEN FOR WATER PROOFING

Rubberized Bitumen is a premium quality asphalt manufactured from ductile, pliable asphalt plasticizing oil and rubber blown to optimum, uniform softening point and penetration. Rubberized Bitumen highly stable during melting due to blowing at optimum temperature to minimum softening point fall back. There is no need for extra sheet like polythene, Roofing Felt, after using Rubberized Bitumen because this material is available in sheet form. This material is LONG LIFE than material being already used by Contractors.

BENEFITS TO USE RUBBERIZED BITUMEN

• Neither it will be melt in extreme temperature of 160 Degree "F" in summer nor it will be cracked in winter up to "0"Degree temperature because it is more flexible than any other material.
• Our Rubberized Bitumen for water proofing is 40 % LESS in cost as compare to Felt or Tat and it is also more durable.
• Rubberized Bitumen (Raw Material) is imported.
• It covers all effects of seasons e.g, Cracks.

CONTENTS OF RUBBERISED BITUMEN

• 50% 10/20 BITUMEN (BITUMEN SAUDIA) .
• 30% 60/70 BITUMEN ( BITUMEN SAUDIA)
• 20% RUBBER (IN POWDER FORM).
• 60/70 BITUMEN IS USED BECAUSE RUBBER ABSORBS MORE QUANTITY OF OILS.
• THIS RUBBER IS SPECIALLY USED FOR THIS PURPOSE BECAUSE IT MELTS ON BITUMEN TEMPERATURE WITHOUT BURNING

RUBBERIZED TWO TIME WATER PROOFING SYSTEM PROCESS:

• Cleaning with Coconut Brush.
• Primer Coat.
• Crack sealing - (Cutch) angle sealing. Beam Valley sealing (Cotton Cloth with Bitumen).
• Bitumen Coat 10/20 (bitumen Saudia).
• Rubberised Bitumen Coat.
• Sand Blind (Lawrance Pur) or Chips or Sunguard(Aluminium Coating)

RUBBERISED FOURTIME WATER PROFFING SYSTEM PROCESS:

• Cleaning with Coconut Brush.
• Primer Coat.
• Crack sealing - (Cutch) angle sealing. Beam Valley sealing (Cotton Cloth with bitumen)
• Sticking Coat, Bitumen 10/20 (Bitumat Saudia)
• Khasha Layer (Cotton Cloth).
• Bitumen Coating (10/20 Bitumat Saudia).
• Rubberised Bitumen Coating.
• Sand Blind (Lawrance pur) or chips or sunguard (Aluminium Coating ).

CONTENTS AND BENEFITS OF PRIMER COAT

Contents:

• 70% Kerosene Oil and 30% Bitumen (bitumat Saudia)

Benefits:

• IT REMOVES ALL THE DUST OF ROOF.
• IT PENETRATES IN THE ROOF AND FILLS PORES.
• PRIMER PREPARES ROOF FOR FURTHER COATING.
• PRIMER STRENGTHENS THE FURTHER COATING OF ROOF.

CRACK SEALING

Due to thermal shocks, movement in the building takes place. The movement is due to the change of temperature or due to other factors.

• THIS MOVEMENT BENEFITS UPON THE JOINT BETWEEN WALL AND ROOF.
• IF THERE IS SHELL THEN EFFECTS UPON ITS BEAM VALLEY.
• ROOF CRACKS OCCUR DUE TO MOVEMENT.THEREFORE THEY ARE SEALED BY APPLYING BITUMEN WITH KHASHA (COTTON CLOTH).
• AFTER APPLYING PRIMER AND CRACK SEALANT THE BUILDING BECOMES 100%WATER PROOF.

STICKING COAT OR BITUMEN COAT STICKING COAT PROVIDES PROTECTION TO:

• Crack sealants and secondly primer.
• It is a complete layer of bitumen and the building becomes 100%water proof.
• It helps Khasha (Cotton Cloth)to bond and strengthen the coating.

KHASHA (COTTON CLOTH).

BITUMEN COATING(BITUMAT SAUDIA)

• By applying Bitumen coating, khasha becomes completely pasted.
• Bitumen coating is itself a complete layer and makes building 100% water proof.

RUBBERIZED BITUMEN COATING

• Rubberized Bitumen coating provides protection to the all other lower treatments.
• It is itself a complete layer.
• It, itself makes building to became 100% water proof.
• It is very flexible.

SAND BLIND(LAWRANCE PUR) OR CHIPS

• It provides protection to the whole Roof Surface.
